Hopeless Romantic with Storybook Co.

We talked with Event Stylist Kirsty Perrett, from Storybook & Co about the inspiration behind this vintage, elegant styled shoot and discussed some of the details of the design.

Q: Can you briefly describe your business, your style and the services you provide?

A: Here at Storybook & Co., we’re creators of all things magical, with each event specifically curated to each of our beautiful couples. We’re suckers for a good love story with wedding planning, coordination and styling being our jam, it’s kind of hard to not love what we do.

Q: What was your inspiration and vision behind the styling for this shoot?

A: With COVID hitting the world pretty hard, limiting the expansion of dreams and travel, we decided to bring parts of European dreams to us. So that’s what we did and boy oh boy, wasn’t it grand!.

Q: What were the key elements of this shoot and who were the key contributors?

A: Definitely the dream team, which encompassed everyone involved. We all bring different skill sets to each event and shoot. It’s an absolute pleasure and dream to have such an amazing bunch of people to work with on a regular basis!

Q: How did the Hueseeka candles you selected help to complete your vision/or why did you choose these candles/products for this shoot?

A: With the various tones used throughout the shoot, they complimented it rather well. I mean, who doesn’t love a good candle setting or even the ambiance and romance they all provide! SWOON!.

Q: What do you like about our products?

A: The variety of products, not only in shapes and sizes, but also in colours. We've been using candles from Hueseeka ever since they opened and haven't looked back since!
