Warranty Coverage

This warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and covers the following products for manufacturing defects:

• LED Pillars
• LED Tealights
• LED Dinner and Taper Candles
• LED Candle Remote

Claim Requirements

To make a warranty claim, please provide one of the following proof of purchase documents:

• Receipt
• Invoice
• Order confirmation

Exclusions

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse or wear and tear. Some examples of exclusions are:

• Water damage
• Damage to the wick caused by bending or improper storage
• Damage from exposure to heat and/or sunlight
• Damage caused by storing the LED candles with batteries inside
