How many bundles do I need?
This wedding bundle is designed for a 2.4m long rectangle table, seating 8 guests (four on each side). To calculate, simply divide your total guest count by 8. (e.g., 80 guests ÷ 8 = 10 bundles). Consider your table layout and styling elements like floral centrepieces and bud vases — we suggest placing these every second chair.

If you have a cocktail setting with high top tables split the bundle across 3 tables. Keep in mind additional candle placements such as the ceremony, entrance, bridal table, bar or cake table. We recommend additional bundles to cover these spaces.

LED Candles

• Heat Sources: Do not place near flames or other heat sources.

• Water Exposure: Avoid leaving near or in water to prevent damage to the battery compartment and internal wiring.

• Weather Conditions: Do not leave LED candles outside in wet weather conditions.

• Sunlight Exposure: Direct sunlight on a hot day may cause the wax on the LED candles to soften and warp.

• Battery Safety: LED tealights come with a screw over the battery compartment to comply with Australian safety guidelines regarding button batteries. Always keep batteries away from children on any LED product.

• Battery Type: Use alkaline or lithium batteries for all flameless LED candles.

• Usage: Take care with the wick and flame at the top of the LED candle, as these contain delicate wiring.
• Storage: Store in a cool, dark space, out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources to avoid fading, warping, or melting. Store in original boxing with foam insert to protect the wick and flame.

Candle Holders 

• Flame Proximity: Do not allow flames within 2 cm of or to directly touch the holder as this may result in damaging the holder.

• Washing: Hand wash only. Use a soft, clean cloth to prevent scratching and abrasion.

• Water Temperature: Do not clean with hot or boiling water.

• Soaking: Do not soak.

• Scrubbing: Do not scrub.

• Candle Removal: Gently twist candles to remove them from holders to avoid snapping the base of the candle.

• Wax Removal: Do not use sharp instruments such as a knife to remove wax from holders as this can result in scratching.

• Cleaning Frequency: We suggest cleaning all candle holders after use to avoid wax seeping into the material.

• Drying: Dry completely before storing.

• Storage: Store out of direct sunlight to avoid colour fading over time.
